The Travel Industry Association (TIA) has released the results of a survey on air travel that shows travelers are fed up with the air travel system. (Full Press Release)
An estimated 41 million people avoided traveling by air in the last 12 months. The loss, more than $26 Billion, rippled down causing revenue loss to hotels, restaurants, and federal, state, and local governments. And many travelers don’t expect the system to change anytime soon.
My personal opinion is that it’s getting worse, not better.
